clean room great room service sewage smell bad smell

the room was very clean. it also had great room service! i found the location nice, especially because it was close to shops.

The hotel room smelled bad, even when i aired it out. there was also a sewage smell in the bathroom. This was a big turnoff for me.

the front desk staff was very helpful. i particularly appreciated elsa, she helped me with language issues. housekeeping kept my room very clean.

the room was very close to the staircase and i could hear some noise.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I could leave my luggage without a charge. The location allowed for easy access to many sights on foot. The area felt pretty quiet, so I could relax after a long day.

the walk-in shower it was amazing! staff speak multiple languages fluently! brand new elevators are a treat! comfy beds made me sleep so well.

the room was expensive for what it is! the room itself was a shoebox. the bathroom was also a shoebox. location is fantastic though!
